Solving the Problem of Affordable Care for Cancer Patients

The Rotary Club of Bombay, in collaboration with the Tata Memorial Centre and supported by HDFC Asset Management Company established the Dharamshala to provide affordable accommodation, meals, and care for cancer patients and their families during treatment.

How Dharamshala Started

The Foundation

Dharamshala opened its doors in Parel near TM Hospital, inaugurated in March 2023, to provide a safe home for underfunded cancer patients struggling to find accommodation.

Nutritious, healthy and well-balanced meals prepared daily for recovering patients and their direct caregivers to boost immunity and health.

The Rotary HDFC TMC Dharamshala was established near the hospital premises in Parel, Mumbai. It aims to provide a comfortable and nurturing environment where cancer patients and their attendants can focus on their well-being without worrying about accommodation logistics.
